Elkton resident Tizonn Trotter, 18, and Jyair Freeman, 18, of Smyrna, Delaware, were taken into custody after allegedly luring the victim into their car and attacking him during a broad daylight robbery in Millsboro, according to Delaware State Police.
The incident happened on Tuesday, Feb. 25, around 3:30 p.m. in the 20000 block of Lucky Lane when the victim arranged to meet someone he thought was his cousin through a social media app to sell sweatshirts, police said.

The suspects then sped off with the stolen clothing, authorities said.

Not long after, troopers tracked the vehicle to a Shell gas station on John J. Williams Highway and arrested Trotter and Freeman without incident.

- First-degree robbery;
- Possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony;

- Second-degree conspiracy;
- Third-degree assault.
